This is a roof cleaning in Essex County N.J. Most of the treatment was for black mold on the roof. There was partial lichen also growing which you can see was treated in the after picture. This lichen will dry out and fall off in a few rains. This customer was not home. Out of courtesy we cleaned the rubber molding around the garage door. This cannot be pressure washed to come clean. Honestly, for the first few years of this business we had a hard time to figure out how to whiten it. Now we know. We just apply some roof cleaning juice and within seconds its white again.
